Michael Valentine Lawhorn, 55, of 1427 Biddle Road, Fort Barnwell community, Dover, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018, in Johnston County. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2018, at New Mt. Zion Christian Church, 345 Belltown Road. Burial will follow in the Bryant family cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. The family will assemble at the residence in preparation for the procession.
