Dr. Will Hoffman, superintendent of Tyrrell County Schools, has authored and distributed The Friday Report almost every week during the school year since he came here from Madison County nearly two years ago.

But “circumstances alter cases,” a wise woman once said. and the circumstance arose last week that cancelled publication of the informative electronic newsletter.

Dr. Hoffman emailed this statement on Mar. 16: “Due to issues related directly to March Madness, the TCS Friday Report will return on Friday, March 23.”
