Sue Boyd Winstead Waters, age 80, a former resident of the Bayview community, died Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. Per her wishes, a private graveside service will be held. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
