Mrs. Rachel Lee Howard Scott, age 45, a resident of 1110 Maple St., Washington, died Thursday, March 29, 2018, at her home. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at First Baptist Church of Washington. The family will receive friends at noon until the funeral hour Tuesday at the church. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Scott family.
