Mrs. Celeste Marguerite Howe, of 206 Oak Drive, Washington, formerly of New York, died Sunday, April 1, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Mother of Mercy Catholic Church at 112 W. Ninth St., Washington. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. A visitation will be held in the Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel Friday, April 6, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. and other times, at the home of her mother, Janice Stevenson.
