Mrs. Rulie Brown Garrett, 84, of 111 Gurkin Lane, Plymouth, died April 16, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, April 23, 2018, at Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ, 200 Rankin Lane, Plymouth, with Elder Wilbert Jackson Jr. officiating. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Home.
