NEW TO BELLA: Bella Enchanted is pleased to announce the addition of Elizabeth Brooks Beacham to the staff. Elizabeth is a stylist and makeup consultant. She is a graduate of Mitchell’s Hair Academy and is pleased to be serving her hometown. (Bella Enchanted)
