Mr. Basil Patrick Howard, a resident of Newark, New Jersey, died Tuesday, May 8, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018, at Mt. Pilgrim COC in Scranton. Burial will follow at the Mackey Cemetery in Scranton. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
