Ricky Allen Batts, 63, a resident of 6444 Chadwick Road, Elm City, died Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
