Mr. Vincent Spencer, resided in Boston, Massachusetts, died Sunday, June 3, 2018. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at Holly Grove Church of Christ in Sidney. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service. Burial t will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home of his brother J. C. Spencer, 3708 N.C. Highway 99, Belhaven. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, Washington.
