Mrs. Verdell Rhodes Haughton, 62, of 15745 N.c. Highway 32 North, Roper, died June 8, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Shiloh Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Roper, with Bishop Daniel Lee Gilliam Jr. officiating. Burial follows at Shiloh Memorial Garden, Roper. A viewing will be held from 12:50 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. the day of the funeral. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Home
