Mrs. Lois Victoria Outlaw Smith, age 83, a resident of River Trace and a former resident of Washington Park, died Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018, at the First United Methodist Church.  Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the church parlor one hour prior to the service and other times at the home of her daughter, Dr. Brenda Peacock, 312 Riverside Drive, Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
