Mr. William J. Shelton, a resident of Breingsville, Pennsylvania, died June 16, 2018, at the Lehigh Rehabilitation Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018, at St. Lydia Baptist Church in Swan Quarter. Arrangements are by New Beginning Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
