Mrs. Barbara Boyd Williams, of 918 Pamlico St., Belhaven, died Sunday June 17, 2018. A memorial service will be conducted at noon Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at the John A. Wilkinson Center, Belhaven. The family will receive family and friends at the home. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, Washington.
