Barbara Ann Bullock

Barbara Ann Bullock, 64, a resident of 208 Meredith Road, Washington, died Sunday, June 24, 2018. A private memorial service will be held by the family.
Barbara was born in Oak City, on April 24, 1954. She worked with National Spinning for many years and later with Food Lion until her health wouldn’t allow her to continue. Barbara loved going to the beach, talking to her sister on a daily basis and had a strong love for her family; she especially enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren, Richard and Erin.
She was a strong person and very dedicated to raising her daughter, teaching her many valuable life lessons from an early age that continue to be an important part of her daughter’s life to this day. The family would like to acknowledge their appreciation to the special care given to Barbara by her friend and caregiver Bonnie Johnson.
Barbara is survived by a daughter, Deborah Bullock Everett, of Washington; son-in-law, George Shelton Everett, Jr., of Washington; grandson, Richard Shelton Everett, of Washington; granddaughter, Erin Elizabeth Everett, of Washington; sister, Esther Williams Conner, of Williamston; brother, Randy Williams, of California; and her caregiver/friend, Bonnie Johnson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Golden Davenport; brother, James Ray Williams; sister, Diane Roughton; and husband, William H. Bullock.
