Ms. Keisha T. Carpenter, who resided in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, died Thursday, July 5, 2018. A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at First Baptist FWBC Church in Belhaven. The internment will be at Northside Cemetery in Belhaven. There will be no public reviewing. The family will receive friends at the home of her brother, David Carpenter, 501 W. 13th St, Washington. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, Washington.
