Mrs. Rosa B. Shelton, a resident of 2350 Frederick Road, Chocowinity, died Friday, July 13, 2018. A funeral service will be  held 1 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2018, at the Temple of Joy Church, N.C. Highway 33, Chocowinity. The internment will be at the Oakdale Cemetery in Washington. A public vieweing will be held at the NB Chapel from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2018. The family will be receiving family and friends at the home of her sister, Ms. Patricia Shelton, at 2350 Frederick Road, Chocowinity. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
