Eva Jean Abeyounis Stuckey

Mrs. Eva Jean Abeyounis Stuckey, age 87, a resident of 648 Allegheny Road, Greenville, passed away peacefully at home with the love of her life, her son Bill, on Friday, July 27, 2018.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2018, at Oakdale Cemetery and will be conducted by Pastor Henry Parker. Braxton Manning, Mike Manning, Edward Bryan, Raymond Williams, Robbie Rose and Glen Manning will serve as pallbearers.

Mrs. Stuckey was born Aug. 26, 1930, in Beaufort County to the late Raymond and Eugenie Daou Abeyounis. She married William H. Stuckey who preceded her in death on July 24, 1994. She was a 1948 graduate of Washington High School, attended King’s Business College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Winthrop College. She attended Belvoir Free Will Baptist Church, where she loved the outings and many good meals they enjoyed together.

Survivors include her son, Bill, and his wife Debra, of the home, and special friends, Glen Manning, Louise Whichard and Edna Brooks. She was preceded in death by three brothers, William, Tony and Rufus Abeyounis.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Monday, prior to the service at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory.
