Mrs. Evelyn “Inez” Woolard, age 92, a resident of 764 Betsy Elbow Road, Washington, died Saturday, July 28, 2018, at her home. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at the Jonathan Woolard Cemetery on Betsy Elbow Road. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
