Mrs. Barbara Ann Picott Ellis, age 83, a resident of 1876 Clay Bottom School Road, Chocowinity, died July 26, 2018, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018, at St. Anna Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, 2018, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home.
