Rodger Hayes Williams, 75, a resident of 202 Patricia Road, Washington, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018, at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Home. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
