Nancy Scott Smith, age 50, a resident of Cooper Hill Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, at Accordius Heath Care of Ahoskie. A celebration of her life will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018, in the chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, with Pastor Tim Farmer officiating. Family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home, and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
