Joshua Craig Hoggard, 9, a resident of Windsor, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018, at Children’s Hospital of The Kings Daughter in Norfolk, Virginia. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2018, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, and other times at the home. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018, at Askewville Assembly of God, with Pastors Buddy Denton and Pastor Jeff Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Ross Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements Walker Funeral Home, Windsor is serving the Hoggard family.
