Mr. Thomas Ray Bland, Sr., 56, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2018, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at Washington Assembly of God. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, from noon until the funeral hour at the church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
