Linda Turnage White, 70, of Reedville, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her husband, Dwayne White; children, Karen White and Perry White; her daughter-in-law, Melissa; two grandchildren, Evan and Tyler White; sister, Clara Avery; and brothers, Louis and Robert Turnage. She was preceded in death by her sister, Nelda Turnage.

Linda retired from a fulfilling career as a program analyst for USAID in 2008. She retired to Reedville, Virginia, where she could enjoy the water, fishing and crabbing. She loved spending time with her family and always looked forward to sharing her love of fishing with them.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Visitation hours will be from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. with a service beginning at 3 p.m.
