Cynthia McAllister, 78, a former resident of 135 Gilbert Lane, Washington, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018, at River Trace Nursing Home in Washington. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
