Robert “Bob” Houston Hoggard, 92, of Old U.S. 17 North, Windsor, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018, at Vidant Bertie Hospital. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the Walker Funeral Chapel by Rev. David Baker. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and from the home at other times. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
