Raleigh Frank Hughes, Jr., 62, of Bakertown Road, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2018, at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held Friday, Sept. 7, 2018, at 3 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Chapel. Rev. David Baker will officiate. The family will receive friends following the memorial service Friday, Sept. 7, 2018, at the funeral home and from 532 Bakertown Road at other times.
