Ralph Hinton Hodges III, 70, of Tarboro, and a native of Beaufort County, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018, at The Fountains at The Albemarle. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Twiford Funeral Home, Manteo.
