Samuel Clough, son of Mark and Karen Clough,  represented Tyrrell County 4-H in the annual Youth Summit in Hickory August 24-25. The Cooperative Extension Service and 4-H partnered with the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners for the ninth year to help youth learn more about county government and how to become involved in local decision making. Over 70 youth and adults from 63 counties were represented.
