Frank Melvin Welton, 71, a resident of 190 Tiffany Trail, Pantego, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2018, at his home. A private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
