Melanie Robinson, Miss Mount Holly, will be a special guest and performer at the Scuppernong River Festival in Columbia on October 13. Melanie, 22, is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Cellular Molecular Biology. Her platform this year has been No One Sits Alone as she travels and speaks about creating a climate of inclusion with no bullying in schools. She will continue graduate level studies this year.
