Mr. Milton Lee Spell, 74, died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018. A funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, at New Beginnings Deliverance Holiness Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
