Mrs. Thelma Florene Heath Owen, 97, a resident of Washington, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, at 15th Street Church of God. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
