Mrs. Elsie Gray Smith Motteler, age 89, a resident of the Washington, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, at home. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
