Wilma Elizabeth Woolard Tingen, age 70, a resident of Washington, died on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.  A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at Washington Assembly of God in Washington, officiated by Gene Woolard. The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 1 p.m. until the service hour at the church. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
