Ms. Recy Whitaker Spencer, 88, of Manteo, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018, at Old Richmond Missionary Baptist Church, Swan Quarter. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
