Mrs. Teresa Windley Moore of 1025 Penn Avenue died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018 at Duke Medical Center, Durham. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018 at Amazing Grace GOGIC, 1949 N.C. Highway 33, Chocowinity. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at L.R. Memorial Chapel in Washington.
