Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Partnership for the Sounds (PfS) and the 20th anniversary of the Columbia Theater are (from left) David Clegg, Chairman of the PfS Board of Directors; Jackie Woolard, PfS Executive Director; and J.D. A reception was held October 13 in the Theater in downtown Columbia.
