Louise Davenport Phelps, 89, of Pantego, died on Friday, Nov. 9, 2018, at her residence. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth, with Phillip Paul and Lloyd Davis officiating. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, at the funeral home following the service and other times at the residence. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
