Tyrrell County boys and girls ages 4-13 who are interested in playing basketball are invited to sign up by Nov. 30, according to James Stehlin, Tyrrell Parks & Recreation director.

Practice starts in mid-December, and the game season will be January through March.

Registration fee is $25 per child or $20 per child for families with two or more children.

Sign-up is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays) at the Tyrrell County Board of Education Building, 1107 Hwy 64 East, Columbia.

Sign-up deadline is Nov. 30.
