The Village at Columbia, dormant for at least seven years, was purchased by Sunnyside Management Inc. of Columbia in October and reportedly may be marketed as 40-45 single-family residential lots. The duplex residence at right, an access street to Elementary School Road, and all utilities are in place, a town official stated.
