Mr. Joe Robert Doster, 84, a resident of Old Pamlico Beach Road West, Belhaven, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2018, at Cross Creek Nursing Home in Swan Quarter. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018, at Life Gate Free Will Baptist Church, Old Pamlico Beach Road West, Belhaven. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
