Mrs. Merita Gale Woolard Upton, age 68, a resident of Kinston and a former resident of Washington died Sunday Dec. 9, 2018 at her home. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday Dec. 22, 2018 at Alligood Church of God. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the family.
