Ms. Carol Jeannette Duncan, age 54, a resident of 305 Smaw Road, Washington, died Dec. 15, 2018. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday Dec. 20, 2018 at Bath Christian Church. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington and other times at the home.
