Ruby Faye O’Neal Davis age 75, a resident of Blounts Creek, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Chocowinity.
