William Garland Squires, 77, of New Bern, a native of Pamlico County, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2018, at Pruitt Health-Neuse, New Bern. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, at Oscar’s Memorial Chapel, 1700 Oscar Drive, New Bern. The interment will follow in the Jones Family Cemetery, Merritt. Arrangements are by Oscar’s Mortuary, Inc.
