Eva Phillips Quidley Wilkins, age 89, a former resident of Pamlico Beach, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019, at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Home. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019, at Ryder Hill Cemetery in Pamlico Beach and will be officiated by Dean Fulford, Jr. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019, at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven and other times at the home of her daughter, Christine Latham. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
