Elder James Herman O’Neal, 81, of Greenville, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, at White Plain Church Ministries, Belhaven. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
