Mr. Robert C. Brooks, 67, of 1084 U.S. Highway 64 East, Plymouth, died Jan. 9, 2019, at Washington County Hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth. The family will be receiving friends at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Hattie Dixon, 275 Newland Road, Roper.
